Grace joined the team as a broker support officer in 2024. After many years as a financial adviser’s assistant, working mainly in retirement planning, Grace is passionate about supporting clients in looking after their most important financial assets and realising their goals. Keen to expand on her experience in financial services, Grace is motivated by achieving the best outcome for clients.
Outside of work, Grace is kept busy by her 3 sporty kids and border collie. The family enjoys spending as much time as possible in the outdoors so you’ll find them on soccer pitches and carnivals across the south east or enjoying bushwalks and camping in our beautiful region.
Kodi joined the Searle Financial team in 2021 after earning her Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Finance, from the University of Southern Queensland.
Since then, she has completed her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and works as a Mortgage Advisor in our team. Passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals, Kodi takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances and provide lending solutions tailored to their needs. She guides clients through every stage of the finance process, from initial discussions through to settlement and beyond, and is committed to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, Kodi values building long-term relationships and providing ongoing support throughout the life of her clients’ loans as their circumstances and goals evolve.
Outside of work, Kodi enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Michael joined Searle Financial in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance (with distinction) from the University of Southern Queensland and a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. To further his professional development Michael completed a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning across 2025 and 2026.
Michael’s combination of industry experience and tertiary studies in finance allow him to support a range of clients from first home buyers through to self-employed business owners.
Michael has a client-focused approach to his work and actively refines his process to ensure clients’ objectives are met and industry changes are incorporated. During the client journey, Michael looks to communicate clearly with all stakeholders to deliver a smooth outcome. Michael’s client-focused approach, in combination with his analytical background has earned him nominations for the Australian Finance Group’s Queensland Regional Broker of the Year award for 2024, 2025 & 2026.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys all things outdoors with friends and family. He also has a genuine interest in the economic events of the world.

Annika joined the team in 2025 as a Broker Support Officer. With two years of experience in the finance industry, she is passionate about providing exceptional support to brokers and clients, helping to deliver a seamless and efficient lending experience whilst building positive relationships.
Outside of work, Annika is a proud mum to two energetic young boys who keep her busy with trips to the park, kicking the footy around, and enjoying milkshakes together. When the day winds down, she loves relaxing with a good TV show and a sweet treat.

Charmaine enjoys the role of office manager, supporting the brokers and administration support staff in their varied roles.
Prior to her career in Finance, Charmaine worked across the ceramic and glass art industries, and still maintains her creative endeavours by actively nurturing her two artists-in-the-making – her children Hugo and Xanthe!

Kasey joined the team as a broker support officer in April 2025 and is in the final stages of completing her Bachelor of Accounting through the University of Southern Queensland. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, Kasey works behind the scenes, providing support to Michael in managing client applications and ensuring smooth processing from start to finish. Kasey is passionate about delivering a seamless experience for clients as they work towards achieving their financial goals. Outside of work, Kasey enjoys staying active and spending time with friends and family.
Bec has been a part of Searle Financial since 2019 and immersed in the mortgage broking industry in 2002. As a nominee for industry awards and a second-generation mortgage broker, she proudly serves as an FBAA State Councillor, contributing to the advancement of the profession. Bec takes pride in her role within an industry that continuously adapts to meet modern financial demands.
Bec thrives on challenges and prioritises understanding her clients’ needs and goals, offering tailored solutions that are easy to comprehend. Her services extend beyond the initial transaction, providing ongoing reviews and support throughout the life of her clients’ loans.
Outside of work, Bec and her husband are raising their two daughters in our picturesque regional city. During her leisure time, she indulges in her passion for hiking and embarking on new adventures.
Jordyn joined the Searle Financial pricing team in February 2025, looking to expand her knowledge in the Broking industry. Jordyn is the first face you will see walking through our doors and the first voice you’ll hear when calling the office. She is always on the lookout for the most competitive rates, ensuring our clients are always being looked after. Outside of work, Jordyn enjoys hunting through thrift shops and spending time with her friends and family.
The founding member of Searle Financial Services, Andrew Searle first opened the doors of our organisation in 2004, after years of travel and work across the financial industry in both Australia and the UK.
Andrew holds a Master of Commerce with the University of Queensland and a Bachelor’s degree from Griffith University. In addition, he holds a Diploma in Financial Services, is a full member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia and has the distinction of being Australia’s first finance broker to become licenced with ASIC. Just to round things out, Andrew is also a Justice of the Peace.
By far his proudest achievements are his son Hugo, and daughter Xanthe. When Andrew is not in the office, you can find Andrew pursuing his hobbies of mountain bike riding and trying to play golf.
